Zoom Rooms utilizes appliance or custom hardware deployments to deliver high-quality video, audio, and sharing capabilities to any type of space. This flexibility allows easy connectivity with participants on mobile devices, desktops, and in other rooms, enabling collaboration from anywhere.

The Android Tablet app serves as a dedicated Zoom Rooms Controller for a Mac, PC, or Zoom Rooms Appliance. For personal mobile devices, the Android Phone app offers a similar control functionality when paired with a Zoom Room.

In addition to its control features, the tablet screen can be switched to the Scheduling Display mode. Placed outside the room, it showcases current availability, displays upcoming meetings, and allows instant reservation for Zoom meetings.
